With a website that was not mobile friendly, no stand-alone mobile app offering, and a customer base who was turning to a competitor’s app to address their mobile needs, Heritage Parts needed to fully assess and reimagine their mobile customer offering.
A mobile strategy project was initiated with my team to define customer needs, assess organizational technology capabilities, and deliver a roadmap for how to provide their customers with a robust mobile experience.
First, we created the initial strategy engagement and made modifications to the exisiting website implementation to facilitate display on mobile. Next, iOS and Android apps were created. These apps deliver an experience specifically tailored to address key customer needs defined through via the strategy and ensure that Heritage is providing their customers with an industry-leading experience regardless of device.
