In order to evaluate customers’ preference for DIY and buying direct from manufacturer, Mercedes Benz needed to select a market to implement and launch a direct to consumer digital offering.


I led the creative team to define an “MVP” release that would excite customers and prove the value of an online parts channel to the Mercedes board, that ultimately helped the Canadian division receive funding for the project.

This site was critical for Mercedes in engaging with their Canadian market to evaluate selling replacement parts and accessories directly to consumers.  As part of the engagement, Mercedes was looking for guidance in mitigating channel conflict and wanted a digital solution that would allow dealers to fulfill orders.


Post launch, the solution enabled Mercedes to provide customers with price transparency and allow dealers to fulfill orders placed directly with Mercedes.
